Here’s a quick overview:
As a customer-centric company, we’re constantly reviewing our technology stack and technical practices to enable better customer experiences. It means we’re technology driven, making engineering central to everything that we do.
And, like the products we create, we’re being smarter about the way we setup to deliver great tech too. We operate in cross-functional teams that we call clusters, so there’s no chasm that divides technology and the business at trainline – we are one team. It makes us decisive, lean and innovative. You’ll also find there’s very little hierarchy within technology. We’ve done this to ensure opinions are equal and ideas flow freely. And as we’re always looking to expand, there are opportunities to get involved in greenfield projects too and really shape our future. We’re searching for talented technology professionals on an ongoing basis within our Back-end Development, UI Development, Mobile Development, Technology Operations and Cloud Architecture teams.
